  1. Brass Fall Pedals

    A Stage Setting in which Pedal 1 switches between two layers in a brass sound. When the pedal 1 is pressed you're turning on the layer with the pitch envelope for the "fall" effect.
    Pedal 2 is controlling layer volume and the rate parameter is used so you can use it for brass swells.

  2. Brass Falls Velocity

    A variation on the other Brass Falls patch. This one triggers the "fall" with velocity. Play hard and you'll get the fall sound. Pedal 1 now does a volume swell.

  3. Warm Strings 1

    As requested a "warmer" string sound, this Stage Setting has a piano on zone 2 if you need it just turn on that zone.
    Slight filter (tone) control on Slider 1. String Attack on Slider 2, Release on Slider 3.

  4. Brass Shake

    A high velocity a "trill" or "shake" is triggered using the arpeggiator. The upper notes have a slightly lower velocity than the root notes for some extra authenticity. Use the TEMPO setting to adjust the speed to taste.

  5. STRINGS!

    A new set of orchestral strings for the PX-5S. Included are several Stage Settings include Piano & String layers and new Orchestral combinations as well as slow, fast and octave layered strings.
    This is a significant transformation from the factory string sounds. Enjoy!

  6. Mellotron Strings

    First attempt at some classic Mellotron Strings.
    Slider 1 brings in a duplicate layer on Zone 2 that is one octave below.
