Hello,

this is my first FX creation. It reproduces the sound of the wind.

Load the HEX LAYER into User 50

Load the WIND arpeggio into position 100

Load the WIND WHISTLE arpeggio into position 101

Load the Stage Setting

ZONE 1

Disable ZONE 2

Use S2 to play with the whistle.

Use S3 to play with tempo.

ZONE 2 (initially disabled)

Disable ZONE 1

Use S1 to play with the wind intensity.

Use S3 to play with tempo.

Try also to disable the ARPEGGIO and play with S1 and S2.

What's New in Version 1.1

Released

  • Added Grand Piano And Strings to ZONE 1 & 2.
  • Shifted the WIND split to A0-A0.
  • Set the arpeggio to hold.
  • Increased the release time to WIND.
  • Minor fixes.

I love the way it sounds, well done. Also, I love your picture. "Down with hate, up with the tempo". Don't take that quote It's mine! May use it for an album... someday.

Hello RobMare. I very much like the sound of your wind......but I would appreciate a few tips on how to install it. I need to insert it into another SS on the bottom note (only). Which arpeggio shoud I use and what happens to the other one? Also, it sounds  much lower than your sound, even if I transpose it up 3 octaves. I find the arpeggios confusing so any idiot proof help would be most welcome.... Thanks.

I never did work out how to add it to another SS, so instead I built my SS around it. Must say it is a top notch sound!! Absolutely delighted with it. Thank you so much for sharing it. :)
