Which external speakers will be best both for home use and stage performance? Budget:- 300$

I purchased casio Px560 few days ago , the built in speaker doesn't sound well but when i use headphones the sound is very pleasant. I tried factory reset but nothing works. The sound is very unrealistic from built in speaker. Any solution
