Everything’s in order, but still nothing, even midi input icon, which is show if synth is detected or not, doesn't exist..

when i plug my casio in laptop it says its enbaled and synced but when i play with keys or moving knobs nothing happens, no reactions(playing with plugins of course) , Don't know what to do Any advices?
