  1. I have a Macbook Pro but I get the gist--thanks
  2. Just tried again--"No file Found" and gives and option to exit ONLY...
  3. The manual does NOT cover what to do if it DOESNT WORK...
  4. I meant load When I hit load the message "no file found" comes up ....and gives me no option to do anything else ..what else can I say???
  5. I can put the drive back in my computer and open up the MUSICDAT folder and all downloads are there---The 5s just can't see them for some reason--
  6. Like I stated above--I DO hold the media button and arrive at the save page-The thumb drive has the MUSICDAT file ONLY--I mentioned having used it for the update to show theres nothing wrong with the drive--I have since tried another thumb drive, still "No File Found" comes up--
  7. Yes, and I hold the media button down until I get the save page--then I hit save and it says "no file found" same thumb drive I use to update with no problem--
  8. Same problem here-I am formatted correctly-I have the right folder-I hold the media button till the Data load screen comes up- I choose load and "no File" still comes up---this is the same USB thumb drive I update the 5s software with no problem--

I'm sure there are downloading issues for the 5s listed somewhere on the forum but I can't find them I have had no problem with updating the firmware/software--but I have yet been able to download any new tones or stage settings-I keep getting a "no file found" message and the manual refers me to pg. 30 which really offers no help--any suggestions?
