  1. Very cool to be able to write sci-fi film scripts, Cyberyogi. I often think that the technology of nearly every sci-fi film that I have ever seen has now come true!! It both shocks and amazes me. Two of the very few things left are a star trek type transporter and (needless to say) time travel...
  2. So sorry to hear that you are also in a dark place Pianokeyjoe. I hope things improve for you soon. xx
  3. Hi Cyberyogi. It sounds like you are going through a really difficult time. I am so very sorry to hear this. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to deal with worsening eyesight and health problems. Kudos to you for feeling able to share your feelings with us - that takes real courage. Please know that we are here with you, willing you to find the strength you need to keep going. Sometimes when things get too much, the one thing which can help to lighten the load is to share it with someone else. Just in case you have never heard of them, the Samaritans are available 24/7 to talk to anyone in distress - whether they feel suicidal or not. Their time is willingly and freely given and they can be contacted by phone, live chat or email. This is my stage setting for Feels like the First Time by Foreigner. It has an organ sound in the lower part of the keyboard and the arpeggiated sequence from D6 upwards. All you need to do for that sequence is press D6. You won't need the other notes unless your band transposes it. The arpeggio consists of 6 notes, each of which make up one beat. It is set to the correct time for the track, but if your band deviates slightly from that tempo just press the note again on one of the beats. I tend to press it at the start of every bar regardless just to keep it nicely synced. If you tend to play it at an entirely different speed, then use the TEMPO button in conjustion with - & + buttons beside it to select another speed. I have not included a synth lead as I usually play that on another keyboard. You can choose your favourite one and add it in, or if you get stuck let me know and I might be able to help. I hope you like it. 🙂 Here is a demo of the arpeggiated sound:

  6. I just died in your arms View File Hello. I have just made this stage setting for Cutting Crew's song "I just died in your arms tonight". I have arpeggiated the double notes so that they sound very even and mechanical, and there is also another arpeggiator which adds a bit more life to it, I think. I had a third one which was even better, but I decided to reluctantly delete it to give the melody more strength. This is one of my first goes with the arpeggiator - or indeed any arpeggiator - and I am surprise how much fun it is to both program and play. .The stage setting has a piccalo, synth, synth strings & a cello. I hope you like it. 🙂 Here is a quick demo: Submitter Knuckles Submitted 03/06/2019 Category Song Ready Stage Settings

  8. Locked out of Heaven View File Here is my stage setting for Locked out of Heaven. It features a buzzy synth sound on the lower notes and a cool sireny thing with lots of portamento for the strange slidy notes on the upper three octaves. You can either just hold down one of the notes to get the siren or play them one after the other in semitones. I hope you like it. ☺️ Submitter Knuckles Submitted 11/08/2018 Category Song Ready Stage Settings

  10. Amazing post. I am probably going to need to have a go at doing this. These pictures are going to be priceless for me. Thank you so much for posting them! 😍
  11. Hi Lino - thank you ! Sorry I did not see your question until today. I save my Galileo settings as user presets and then it requires just one button press on the iPad to change them. (I don't know if it is possible to change them via the PX ......haven't attempted to do it...) Try asking this question in the Facebook group or on the main forum page as there are many people who know a lot more about Galileo than me.
  12. This is perfect Mike! Thank you so much.
  13. OrgAnne, Jason & Terry View File This is my favourite organ sound which I use a fair amount. It is based upon Jaspeter's excellent 9 draw organ, which I have tweaked to my taste. It has then been further tweaked by Terry. I am very pleased with the results. I hope that it may be of use to someone. Pedal 2 controls the rotary speed Pedal 1 - rotary brake Knob 1 - vibrato/chorus Knob 2 - reverb/delay Knob 3 - rotary fast rate Knob 4 - percussion volume Mod wheel - drawbar 1 Sliders 1-6 - drawbars 2-7 Submitter Knuckles Submitted 10/27/2016 Category Organs

  15. That is brilliant! Thank you.
  16. A completely wild guess here.....but could the pedal be involved? Do you ever use the pedal to turn zones on and off on the stage settings which go wrong? The reason I ask is that a few times I have had a situation where I have programmed a sound to be ON. but able to be turned off with the pedal; only to find that when I called it up it was actually OFF. Furthermore, on these few occasions, sometimes once that has happened then one press of the pedal is not enough to turn it on. Sometimes it has taken TWO.
  17. Dama, if you have any luck with this and don't mind, I would really love it if you shared your tweaked sound on the forum. I also use that sound a lot and also find those notes to be a problem.

This is my Stage setting for PX-5S, designed to control the Galileo organ app. I have mapped it in the following way, so that the PX will control the following things in Galileo: Slider 1: Upper drawbar 16' Slider 2: Upper drawbar 51/3' Slider 3: Upper drawbar 8' Slider 4: Upper drawbar 4' Slider 5: Upper drawbar 22/3' Slider 6: Upper drawbar 2' Knob 1: Upper drawbar 13/5' Knob 2: Upper drawbar 11/3' Knob 3: Upper drawbar 1' Knob 4: Vibrato on/off Pitch bend wheel: Pitch bend Mod wheel: master volume. I have set this for a range from 50 - 100 (I anticipate using it at about 50 but it is early days yet. Be sure to adjust it if necessary to how you want it.) Pedal 1: Rotary fast/slow Pedal; 2: Rotary brake This is my first venture into the realm of midi, and also my first attempt to properly map organ controls. Please let me know if I need to make any changes - especially if I have left out something important. I hope to end up with the definitive Galileo controller at some point......... I also hope it may be of some use to you.
