Can the MZ-X500 Mic input jack setting able to apply internal keyboard affect to the mic -- without external affect unit?

So the mixer doesn't work in realtime? So if I am playing live and I don't like some setting I can't change it in realtime? What is the purpose of the mixer in the main menu for? I already know how to do what you have told me to do already. I hope there is other solution for this !!!!!!

When I am playing the rhythm or style I go the the mixer in the main menu and change the volumes or instrument ect. It will not save my setting as soon as I change the fill in from 1 - 4 ect. it will go back to default setting.

Does anyone has a mixer issue in the MZX500? It won't save the setting. Please help !!!!

I am back up now with a new XW-P1 mainboard !!!!!!!!!!!! Where is the Pink Floyd sound?

Mike I can get the motherboard from them and I know how to put it in myself but just want you to find out for me if the motherboard is the board that contain everything from the CPU, Memory, Sound Sample, and the bios also. I can put the board in myself. I can get the M/B for $117 at Casio. Please find out the info for me; because most of the tech there doesn't know any hardware.

I try to update the firmware and it took too long so I restarted the computer now the XW-P1 doesn't power up properly. It power up and shutdown right away. Please help determine how to fix this other than replacing the M/B. If I do need to replace the M/B does the M/B contain the bios, the CPU, and all the factory sampling sound?

How do you do a factory reset on the XW-P1?

I already have the newest firmware; will it overwrite over the same version firmware, and when updating the firmware does it replace everything including the build in wave and sampler because I thinK the sampler inside my keyboard is corrupted. Otherwise I have a hardware issue with my keyboard. /

Mike it emergency; I need your help. Last night I was playing the keyboard the power in my house went out. Now the keyboard sound that I made or the factory preset sound doesn't sound right. I re-initialize all data already but still doesn't work. It may be hardware issue but is there another way to reload all the software back to factory setting other than initialize command. How about re-updating the bios will that replaced all the factory sample sound also. Please help. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know you made a Sonar .Ins files, but what if I use another music program other than Sonar -- how could identify my midi instrument? Can I use the Sonar .Ins file for other Daw App?

Why is my XW-P1 keyboard change the sound while I'm playing live; it look like I applied the modulation wheel to my sound while I'm playing it. I have to switch between the Tone and the Step Sequencer while hitting the key on my keyboard really fast a number of time befor the sound goes back to normal.

Thanks to your help; I was able to use the DSP with Enhance Mode and change some release and attack time to were I could get by with the sensativity.

Yes I set the touch sense in the Tone Edit to # 64 already; I didn't know that it was the touch sense amp. I seen the controller touch sense in the Performance Mode it was set to Normal, but the tone I use are still too sensative. I'm using mostly the PCM tone like string, brass, synth etc. Where are the type of touch sense in the XW-P1; the Manual say there are 2 type?
