  1. I presently have a wk 3300 and am interested in trying the wk 7600. I play jazz and usually stick to the grand piano and jazz rhythm. I would like to find someone I can talk with who knows both of these instruments. I have never been able to get any help from the Casio techs about several things I am interested in. One specific is I would like to come up with a brush rhythm that really sounds like the brushes sliding across the drum head. The preprogrammed rhythms doesn't have something like that as far as I can see. If you really know these instruments and would be willing to talk about them, please call me at 479-549-4170. Many thanks.
  2. I have a WK 3000 and have it set to do the following: *Layer 000 Grand Piano with 348 Strings1(with the volume turned low). I do this to improve the sustain *Use the 127 Jazz Combo2 which gives me a 332 acoustic string bass and 508 brush set Can I set up the WK 6600 to perform the same way? What are the instrument and rhythm and numbers to correspond? Does the WK 6600 have an acoustic string bass like 332 that diagnoses your chord and plays the notes in that chord? *My only objection to the WK 3000 has been that I can not find a brush set that has brushes that don't strike the drum face but, rather, have the brush to simply brush over the face. Do you know of the brush set to do that? Does the WK 6600 have a brush set like that? Is the WK 6600 grand piano sample better than the WK 3000? Any other comments will be appreciated.
  3. I am a jazz pianist and play my WK 3000 with these settings: I have violins/348 layered with a grand piano/000. I do this because it improves the sustain of the piano. I use the 127 Jazz Combo2 rhythm which has an acoustic bass that diagnoses the chord and plays either every beat or alternate beats. I am looking for someone with experience with this keyboard. I wish there were a way I could get more of a sliding brush sound on the rhythm rather than a drum brush sound. Does anyone have experience with this keyboard and know how I can do that?
