Many thanks for the quick reply - I couldn't work out how to get to all the relevant mixer options, so I'll see if that does the trick! The ZSY files are XW-P1 patches which sounded like a good idea to load. Which DAW do you use?

Hi, Recently purchased an XW-G1 and really enjoying it. I've plugged an electric guitar into the instrument input, but can't hear it or record? I've tried using the MIC input, but the level is still quite low even at max volume on mic input and guitar? How do I import ZSY files? Many Thanks
