  1. I'd like to turn layers 1 and 2 in zone 1 ON and turn layers 1 and 2 in zone 2 OFF and vice versa. How to assign the sliders to do it?
  2. It's happen because the Carbon MIDI channel is the same as the PX5s. If your Stage Setting has layers/split, you have to turn off the Local Control of zone to be controlled by Carbon. For an example, a Stage Setting has Bass on left keys and the Piano on right keys, you disable Local Control of the Bass and set the MIDI channel of this zone to the same number to your controller, then you can use the Piano from PX and Bass controlled by your Carbon. Remember that Piano and Bass are the different MIDI channels in each zone. I don't know wich MIDI channel is default from Carbon. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  3. I played the PX5s demo song...
  4. Ok, I'm here again. Today I had the same issue in the studio. No piano sounded, but EP's and other tones were Ok. I hit the DEMO song (Hey Brad!! ), it played correctly. After that, the piano tone sounded normally. What could it be ? P.S.: I should've recorded this, but I had no camera to do it ...
  5. I don't want to sell it at all!! I'm just upset with this situation. As soon as possible I'll check the hardware conditions.
  6. I can't understand why it occurred only on piano sound... When it happened, I set the Stage Setting 2-0 (don't remember the name, but it's a factory preset) and, instead piano + strings, I heard only strings. Immediately I set 0-0 and didn't hear the piano. Master Volume isn't zero and no sliders or pots were moved. It's very weird. I use the key twice a month in a church near home, so vibrations are out of question.
  7. Ok, I'll try later. Thanks for a while
  8. I don't think pots and sliders are disconecting. I was using them and didn't notice that. I'm using Mono out and no mídi connections
  9. Hi again! The issue came back yesterday!!!! This time the Piano Tone was no sound in whatever Stage Settings, although its zone was set ON and the volume was set high. I cannot understand it. I've not changed anything on the keyboard ....
  10. Sorry the long wait, but let's go. Yesterday I restore the keyboard to factory settings and put some stage settings from this site. I didn't notice the issue yet. I'm monitoring in each gig. I think it occurs when I create my own stage settings, I don't know.
  11. Yes, I did it. However I need my own stage settings for a while. I will try to play with factory settings next time and return here if anything wrong happens.
  12. Does stage settings I programmed has something to do with this issue? I've been considering this case.
  13. When this issue occurred yesterday the PX was connected in a laptop with USB-MIDI (it explains no midi messages sending), but it already happened with no midi connected. I cannot stay without the key because of New Year's gigs, and the Technical Support is in recess, besides it's in São Paulo (93 miles away home).
  14. Hello everyone! I bought the PX5-S 3 years ago. I love this keyboard, but I'm worried about something wrong with it. When I'm playng a Stage Setting (0-0, for an example) and I change to another SS (like 1-3), the keyboard has no sound and no MIDI messages. I have to turn it off and turn it on again and then it return to normal operation. Is it a bug? My PX has the lastest firmware and I restored to factory settings. This issue occurred more than three times with me, just as I was playing in the gigs (last time was yesterday). Can someone help me? I'm considering to sell it and buy another key. Mery Christmas! P.S.: Sorry my English. Google Translator is helping me .
