  1. I believe that in the video for the CGP-700 (or maybe for the PX-560 or 360), Rich Formidoni says Funky Pop is Respect.
  2. Then you need to create the MUSICDAT folder on the flash drive using a computer.
  3. Back when I was in college, I had an annoyingly picky roommate. I used to practice with my headphones on to not bother him, but the noise from the keyboard still did! It was a CZ-3000. All keyboards make noise with the volume down or off. Even if the action doesn't, there's still the bottoming of the keys as well as the thumping on the floor.
  4. No, the format is completely different. You'll have to do what majnoon says or find a way to program something similar, perhaps with the help of a PX-5S programmer like some people here on the forum. The PX-5S works great with MainStage!
  5. That's often where the debris interferes, under the rubber contact pushers. Since you're willing to open it up, search around online for instructions for cleaning those. Many manufacturers use a similar setup such as Roland and Nord. I've used rubbing alcohol in the past.
  6. I don't know, but know that there are several Casio models that use the same keys (and action) so it shouldn't be too difficult.
  7. If the one in the store does the same thing, then it is a design bug as Ted suggests. But if the one in the store doesn't do it, then you may have a warranty issue. If I owned one, I would have tried before replying.
  8. If you bought it in a store and they have another one on the floor, see if it does the same thing.
  9. I bet something like Local control is off. I would try toggling that and then play with whether back up mode is saved or not, both of which are on page 24 of the manual. http://support.casio.com/pdf/008/Web_PX750-E-1A.pdf
  10. If his name is Giuseppe Scarano, we almost have the same name. If his middle name is also Pasquale we are in trouble!
  11. Ciao. I can understand a bit of your post, but not enough of it to try to answer you. I might try a translation app later, or maybe someone will understand what you wrote and be able to answer you.
  12. Some of those PA speakers sound great but if you are too close and/or at the wrong angle, they don't sound as good.
  13. We've added a ton of new smilies for you to use and enjoy. When you click on the "Emoticon" button, it shows you a few of them. If you want to see the rest, click on the word "Categories" and choose "Emoticons." That will show you all 54 of them.
  14. Sorry, that sounds like you might have to bring it in for service. The only other option would be if you're willing to open it up and make sure everything is still fully connected. There are other threads on this forum with discussions about opening similar models. As far as repair, let us know where you're located and I think Scott or Mike can tell you where your nearest service center is.
  15. P.S. Just be clear - musikrx you didn't do anything wrong, but by sticking to the topic area, a) you're more likely to get help from others who know your model (I don't know the WKs nor the CTKs but I do know the PXs so I tend to check those areas) and 2) when someone else has the same or similar problem it's easier if they can find all the threads in one place.
  16. Technically yeah, these posts should be in the WK-7500/7600 area of the forum. I'll move them there. My apologies - I usually move model-specific posts to the appropriate area, but I wasn't sure about this model. Now I know.
  17. If *we* give you "permission," that's not coming from Casio itself so it's just an opinion. Most likely, the worst case would be a takedown notice on YouTube which would probably be just an annoyance for you more than anything.
  18. You may (or may not!) want to read this. I'm using one of these. It's nice and sturdy and can handle a good-sized book. http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/MusicStd
  19. What's your goal here? You could just use the line in on the CGP-700 and let its sound system play the prerecorded music if this is just for you. If you need louder than that for a gig, then a powered speaker might be the way to go. My QSC K10 has RCA inputs that work well for devices such as a CD player or an iPhone.
  20. I don't need a webinar for that. In fact, I *give* webinars on topics like that.
