  1. I've been having an intermittent problem with the keys on my Privia PX-350 since I bought the unit new on October 15, 2012, and am wondering if anyone else has seen this problem. It's making me so frustrated because I paid a lot of money for the piano, stand, and 3 pedals accessory! Occasionally, when I play some of the keys they have no volume, and others have much greater volume than they should. This is without using any special functions. I just turn the unit on and it does this after playing for a while. For a very clear understanding of what is going on, see the youtube video I recorded at the link below. I believe this is a defect, but am not sure the most cost effective way to get it repaired since the unit is out of warranty. A local (in Boston) shop that is an authorized repair facility wanted $75 just to look at it. As I said, this has been happening since the beginning, and I am wondering since the model was less than a month since it's introduction when I bought it that this is maybe a manufacturing (hardware?) defect that was eventually ironed out. Casio phone support was unable to help (they weren't even able to watch above video because they aren't allowed to receive outside emails or gain internet access). if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
