  1. Thanks Scott. I did what you said, I don't think the local control was off because when I held the function key and hit the highest A I didn't get any sound. When I did the same thing again, I did get sound. But I did a little more research and I think we were off an octave. We may have fixed that, but my son still think still sounds a little off (maybe the reverb?). Seems strange that there isn't an easy way to turn it back to factory presets. It is definitely better, but if you have any other ideas let me know. I really appreciate your help.
  2. So, my very musical children were playing with the keyboard and now the sound is off. I don't know exactly what they did, but I would like to restore it to the factory presets. I have unplugged the keyboard for 45 minutes and that didn't work. Anybody have any ideas? It is a Privia PX-150.
