I looked through the manual. There are plenty of controls for all kind of volumes(concert, library, metronome, left/right part, ...) What I could understand most likely you are using the wrong type of connector (for instance, 4 leads instead of 3) Make sure the headphone connector is plugged all the way in. Do you get sound from the line out? There is an option to turn Local Off but this will turn local sound sources off and it has nothing to do with headphones.

There are 18 levels at present. Some pieces from the first 6 are organized into Piano Methods section of the learning course. The learning course consists of three big sections Methods, Technique, and SASR The technique also has 6 levels. It is a long list of scales(exercises) aiming the improvement of the playing technique. SASR section helps to develop notation reading skills. At PianoMarvel Moonlight Sonata (Op.27 N.2) includes three parts: Adagio sostenuto level 7 Allegretto level 7 Presto agitato level 13.

Both on Montage performances called Grand Imperial and Gentle EP There is a nice style Ballad 1 on PX which fits to this composition well. I want to try to program it with the chord progression and check the result. Just do not have time for everything. Finishing the score. Another piece from piano marvel is almost done as well. thanks for your comments! P.S. I just realized that this probably may fit some church service.

This is slightly different than what I meant. Changing the sound engines just by updating the firmware - I am not sure that such option is available at all. Updating of functionality - for instance adding new scales/tunings(specific for certain regions ) or extend transport feature with additional functions( which needs to be reflected in the UI) That I think would be nice. I have a positive experience in this area with Montage. You can easily see the list of differences between original firmware revision 1.0 and 2.5. This list includes not only fixes but new features as well. I do like the idea of getting newer features which may become available with the later (2 or 3 years) releases on the same model of the instrument.

Firmware with the ability to extend(change) UI is a very powerful option. If you do not like Amazon, it can be anything else. I believe it is just convenient to buy sound libraries in the convenience store

I like this "keyboard players only have 10 fingers anyway" LOL I would downsize it to 2 notes polyphony - There are only two ears anyway.

I checked. There were both of CDP S, and PX-S1000, no 3000.( same as picture above). I asked staff whether they have S3000 .The answer was no. The keybed is improved. It looks like both CDP-S and PX-S share the same type of a keyboard. I payed attention to the noise when a key pressed down and after it’s released. It is very good. I would say the noise the key makes iwhen reaches the down position is softer then other DP on the same shelf. The noise the key makes on its way up is nothing close to how it was in older PX. Good. CDP-S has extended sustain time.I am not sure how long but definitely longer than 6 seconds:) Interesting that there were no PXs.

Alright, I will check if it is available anywhere around me (What location is it?). In the same on the Guitar Center website, it is still available only for PREORDER. Just curious why there is no price tag for this unit? Can you buy it or that'is the only available demo unit?

No, I am not hinting at that, but since you mentioned. CDP- is not interesting at all due to PX provides by far higher quality. PX-S still does not exist. So I do not know where you've gotten your confidence that it is quieter. (way too early to say so)

The metronome in the headphones to match the tempo. The rest is by ears.

You asked me several times about action on Montage. I have check the range of dynamics on PX vs Montage. Privia has by far wider range ( for my ears) by far! It even seems that the softest level stays the same (almost) as volume level goes up. I think it is a great feature on Privia. I can actually feel hammers on PX when pressing keys slowly (not sure how to qualify this)
