  1. Yes I did. It turned out to be the piano. Dealer swapped me out and Im jamming! I really appreciate the help though!
  2. I've reached out by voice mail and I'm hoping to hear back tomorrow. It's a hassle as I have no way to get it there. Had it delivered
  3. I purchased the piano brand new from a local dealer
  4. I like where your head is. I tried it before and again just now. Nothing...
  5. North America. Kansas specifically
  6. Faulty connection makes more sense if none of the pedals works. Other ideas?
  7. I've tried that as well. When I unplug the pedal with the piano on, sustain stays on no matter what. Like its recognizing the pedals there but not comprehending the data coming from it.
  8. Thanks so much for posting but that did not work. I tried multiple combinations too for grins
  9. I've been informed to present my issue here. I purchased brand new the CGP-700 and played for about a week or so with the single pedal included. Quickly realized I wanted the security and functionality of the sp-33 so i purchased it. Once received I disconnected the single and connected the sp-33. Only the left 2 pedals worked, not the sustain. After factory defaulting, Casio tech support and reading decided to send back the pedal. New one is here and it's doing the same thing. Please tell me I'm missing a setting or something.
