  1. Scott, I have tried it with settings 1,2 3, & 5 on page E-16 and I have the same problem. I have also done a hard reset (unplugged for over 5 hours as suggested by Casio support) and I still have the same issue. Thank you for your suggestions.
  2. Jokeyman123, Thank you for your response. As previously mentioned, this does not occur for all tones, only certain ones. I assume that a general transposition issue would occur for all tones. To be more specific on the problem, if I play a C chord with the left hand with accompaniment, the corresponding chord with the right hand is G. If I remove the accompaniment, the C chord with the left hand matches the C chord with the right hand. I would really appreciate any help on this, otherwise, I will be forced to return the unit. Thank you.
  3. I recently purchased a Celviano AP-650. I have just noticed that when I play certain sounds (like GM Tinklebel, no 113 on GM tones), the chord accompaniment is off by one full note. If a play a C chord with my left hand, the actual chord played is a G. This does not happen with all sounds. I have reset the piano to its factory settings twice and the problem still exists. Would appreciate some help on this matter. Thank you
