  1. Hi - if it was similar to my problems (see above) which led to intermittent volume fluctuation - ie normal for ages then all of a sudden playing the same key went excruciatingly loud - then I'm afraid everybody's suggestions above didn't work and I ended up sending to back to the manufacturer to be mended. From what I gather they had to replace the whole of the keys, and it's now functioning perfectly - so it it still under warranty get it back ASAP
  2. I know this is 6 month later but I have a similar problem with my Privia PX 330 However, it has been perfect since I bought it - but now of course it is out of warranty . All that happens is that intermittently one (or more keys) suddenly sound incredibly loud. It is almost impossible to reproduce because it occurs sporadically. Unlike your problem the keys generally do not sound 'clacky' At first I thought - must be a hardware problem because it only seemed to be the same Eb ..... then it occurred with a Bb ... so is it a software problem? I've tried factory reset - but that doesn't help. Is there anywhere I can download as copy of the firmware and put that back in? Is there a link to Jokeyman123's dissassembly - I assume the PX330 will be similar to PX350 ? I may have to try that. Colin Bolton, Lancashire - UK
