  1. May I get someone on this topic. In 7300IN the Rhythm files .AC7, Song Sequenced files . CMS have been created. Ct-X 9000In supports .AC7 files, but the song sequenced format has been changed to .MRF. Can I convert old .CMS files into MRF files? Please.
  2. There is way out, you can not use Registration Bank to recall the Tone you desire while playing a already partly sequenced song. One simple option is once you sequenced the song parts you desire, while doing so leave some tracks empty (there are ample 16 in B part). Out of these empty B tracks as usual select a empty track and the desired tone and just record a track as usual (record some thing and delete contents and not the clear track option) This will ensure reservation of that tone to that track. Then while playing live start your song sequencer in Play mode at an appropriate place/wherever you wish to select the desired (but pre-selected tone) move the arrow to that track and continue playing as usual. Hope it is fruitful.
  3. Casio 7300IN Keyboard Enthusiast I developed passion for music and Harmonium playing in my childhood. I satisfied my quest by participating in annual programs of my college (as tolerable singer). However it took almost 30 years then to seriously pursue it as passionate hobby. Last 2-3 years I am learning to play on Casio Keyboard 7300IN. Needless to mention it is India specific keyboard with respect to Rhythms and Tones. Its a very satisfying keyboard for enthusiast like me. I love creating Indian rhythms on tabala and dholak for good old hindi marathi songs. Its an excellent experience. Initially I started with creating basic rhythm loops and playing songs. Now i have reached stage where I create a rhythm phrases for an entire song broken down in to prelude, (sthayee, asthayee)dhruvpad, interlude and endings. Secondly I have recreated and creating hindi marathi songs with almost all possible instruments played in original. In this blog I wish to post the creations made so far and further as and when I will create. The purpose is get suggestions from seniors in the field. And lastly I use 16 track sequencer available in Casio 7300IN to record the entire song digitally. I am happy to mention that the entire song including all its components have been created from scratch. And anybody wish to use these components can mention in comments. (That is xxx.AC as rhythm file, and xxx.CMS as sequenced file.) And any other cooperation by interested enthusiasts. I request all enthusiast to do comment , suggest , correct me whenever you deem fit. First I will post an MP3 version of the song sequenced. And then the component parts of it. Happy keyboard playing. 4. Dear tnicoson As you said in your post "use the Data Manager software to convert and transfer them to the computer's hard drive" but data manager do not give any option to convert the CMS file? Please check.
  5. Thanks Josh, our keyboards have similar functionality, your suggestion fits very well. I added further higher velue in reverb send, and now it goes somewhere nearer to my expectation. Thanks once again.
  6. Thanks Vorbis, Here is the midi track which need to be converted in to TN file. Sample.mid
  7. Thanks Josh, I am fiddling with existing harp tone played in fast succession. (May listen to attached mp3, I want someting nearer to it.) But note existing tone edit with highest amount reverb also does not gave me this kind of effect. So I created a midi file on the same keyboard. But the said midi file I can not convert into TN7 file. Tone.mp3
  8. Thanks, very much. My problem is I wish to use a standard midi file as Tone in my kayboard (as TN7). How to? Today I got reply from casio jp stating that SMF is not meant for CTK 7300In. They also didnot say what to do next. Incase you come accross any solution please let me kmow. Thanks once again
  9. How SMF file converter is being used for converting a MIDI file into TN7 file? Any idea. When use this s/w it asks me two options 1. convert and save as CS file or 2. convert and load in keyboard. When used second option it says "there is no response from keyboard". May I request memeber to throw some light on this query??? Thanks
