  1. Based upon my previous post, most of you know my situation with my new board. So I returned the first board this past Friday afternoon to UPS and was told that I would have a replacement by Wednesday/Thursday this week. To my surprise, TUESDAY AM, the new board showed up at my business!!! MIKE MARTIN and the staff at ZZOUNDS, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It's situations like this that make you a client and a customer for life!! Now the board.....there are NO WORDS!! Smh. This is the SLEEPER of the music industry, as Hyundai was to the auto industry! The weight, the feel, the controller capabilities, the sounds, the price.....You CANNOT beat this value of amenities! I can't believe I'm so late to the game, but I'm grateful to be a owner now!
  2. I'm in Atlanta GA. I bought it new from Zzounds. The rep was helpful and asked if I wanted to return it and cancel the order. I stated no; I want another board as FAST as I can! I was gonna use it in my show tomorrow but I guess not now. However, I plan to use the new one in next weeks show. Thanks Mike for the insanely fast response!! -Darrell Young
  3. So I get my new PX-5S today. Woohoo! Open the box, take the tape off the keys, set it on my stand and one of the keys DROP(broken)?!?!? Anyone had this happen before? The store was very helpful and will send me another unit but I gotta wait until next week as they don't ship on weekends. Anyone had this happen before? I've heard too many times that this is a great board but Is this a sign?! #pissed.
