One of the answers in the forum was, "if you choose an organ patch, the knobs will control on and off". I cannot find this. I can't find anywhere where I can control the leslie speaker to be off and then turn it on. Can you help me please?

I get the Jazz Organ sound and I edit it, I find the DSP and assign #12 Drive Rotary. I save the registration and it works fine. I go to another sound and when I come back to this registration there is no rotary effect on it. What am I doing wrong?
