Hi- new to the forum. My friend has a Casio PX-350M, which she performs with regularly. We use it on stage, with an outboard amp or PA. However, the volume control has no effect--- it plays at full volume all of the time, regardless of the knob position. We control the volume on stage with the amp or PA, but it would be a lot better if we can use the volume control.
System initialization did not correct this problem.
Any ideas? Or do we have to take this to get serviced?
It seems like any dealer within driving distance wants to keep it for weeks. This is a real problem because the keyboard is used professionally at least twice per week.
