Hi, I am hoping I can get some help from everyone. The light on the power button of my piano turns off right away after I click the button. I thought it was a cable issue so I bought another cable to replace the old one. I am still getting the same issue after trying the new cable that I bought. Any thoughts? Should I start calling for a service? Thanks !
