Hi. I bought a CTK-3200 for my daughter and ran into a weird problem. On two individual keys, if you press those two keys alone, they work fine. But if you press them immediately after playing any other key such as when you play a song, those keys play at full volume which is very jarring. It has something to do with the touch sensitivity because if I turn that function off, the problem doesn't recur. But touch sensitivity is kind of an essential feature. Has anyone run into this problem before? And is there a way to do a factory reset on this keyboard to see if that fixes the problem?
