  1. Hi sslyutov, Still not working. It's not a hurry, so I'll just wait until finding some solutions online. Thanks for your concerns!
  2. Thank you both! sslyutov, your description is exactly what I see in another PC. But in this PC, there is only the "unknown device". And one more thing. I remember that, initially, this PC could recognize the Casio MIDI when I first installed windows 10. But after using it for a while and also having some other software installed, the problem arose. So, I'm not yet sure whether it's a compatibility issue or firmware issue.
  3. Thank you! I've tried these three ways and they don't work.
  4. Yes, but the Casio MIDI is not shown in the input list. I'm using FL studio.
  5. I'm using px-850. In the manual it does says that there is no need to install any other third party driver. And since it can automatically install driver in another pc, I think you are right. I haven't consult the casio customer support. I'll do it now. Thanks for advice! I've contact a customer representative. He says since the pc has recognize the digital piano as an "unknown usb device", meaning they have establish physical connection. He suggest me to configure the software to recognize it. But the software's manual says the MIDI connection should be established automatically prior to the software configuration. Do you have any other idea?
  6. Has anyone experience this situation, connecting a digital piano to pc and get "unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)"? This problem persist after I uninstall it in device manager and reinstall it. How can you fix it? But interestingly, it works properly in another windows 10 laptop. Below are the detailed logs I got from pc and laptop when connecting the digital piano to them. During the failing connection, I get 4 events in event viewer: Event 420: (This happens as I uninstall the device in device manager) Device USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&15C311E1&0&5 was deleted.
