Had the same problem but accidentily found a (cheap) workaround. Bought a QuikLok volume pedal, opened it up and adjusted the throw on the shaft, I use the expression setting in the 560 and it works pretty good. Bought this pedal because shop I bought the keyboard at was out of the Yamaha FC7's I normally use and was out of town. Got back in town hooked up a FC7 and it wouldn't zero out the volume so useless for me. On the downside, the QuikLok is plastic, not heavy-duty at all, have to see how long it lasts. Better than nothing, would like to see a software/firmware fix.
