  1. Thanks BradMZ, Appreciate your help. I finally got to looking at this again, Yes. It was happening with all of the files (bar one). I didn't previously try another USB drive because the one I was using was working fine for the audio files, both transferring to and from the PX560, and also working fine for MIDI files, similarly. So, ....., I tried another USB. Formatted it in the Casio, followed the same procedure, and, hay presto! Worked fine for all of the files. This got me thinking, so I went back to the previous USB stick, and tried it in the Casio, but again only one file could be seen on the stick even though the audio and midi were working fine. So I saved the entire \MUSICDAT to my computer, re-formatted the USB stick in the Casio, and copied back the contents to the USB and inserted it in the Casio, and then the Casio could see all the files..... So I'm thinking, perhaps I did not format this USB in the Casio to start with and that's why it was having problems. Strange though. I've never seen that behaviour on computers -usually the file system works or it doesn't, not some applications having problems and others not. Anyway, all fixed now. THX for the help..

  3. BTW, I re-downloaded them all, making doubly sure they were from the PX-560 portion of the download site, and again, all but one failed with the 'Wrong Data!' message. So, I guess, either (i) the site is supplying 5S files from th PX-560 area, or else, my board has another problem giving the 'Wrong Data!' message.
  4. THX. I did check that. I'll download them again and try the load again and report. I'm getting them from the '560' portion of the download area of this forum. Cheers
  5. Does anyone know if the latest PX-560 firmware, as of 2017-03-29, is v 1.10 ? That's what the provided link http://support.casio.com/en/support/download.php?cid=008&pid=1263 reports. However, my newly purchased PX-560 is reporting 1.12 in the ^System Settings ^ Version section. I guess that would mean my only option is to downgrade to v. 1.10?
  6. Just (2017-03-29) purchased PX-560 and downloaded Hex Layers ported to PX-560 from this site. Followed the procedure on youtube to select a Hex Layer tone before doing the ^ USB ^ Load ^ Tone. The Hex Layers copied to the USB show up fine, and the selection of the area on the PX-560 also works fine, but when I attempt the load, it falls with the diagnostic, "ERROR Wrong Data!". Have tried this with ~ 10 hex tones (layers) from this web site, all with the same result. BTW, Is this the correct area to report problems like this or is there another support site / area to this? THX.
