WAV files. I downloaded Children’s piano songs from iTunes to the USB drives MUSICDAT folder. Then I put the USB drive into the CGP 700

I've done everything the manual asks to enable a USB Flash drive to load music to the CGP-700 and every time I receive a message saying "ERROR No File" I formatted the Flash Drive and saved all music into the file. I also checked the USB port for power and the power works fine. I've looked at the forums and have found no solution. I have two CGP-700 for my teaching practice and they are both saying the same thing. Can anyone help?

Scott or Joe, I have a Casio CGP 700. I'm not sure how it happened but I can't get any sound at all. I tried the system settings and a full factory reset and still nothing. I disconnected the external speakers and tried "speaker" and nothing. I can hear the keyboard " mono thru the Left audio out. Do you have any suggestions?
