  1. Here is a summary of my music with often a casio synthesizer in the setup. Hard to pinpoint where and when there are about 80+ small albums. Thank you in advance for listening and the warmest greetings frenq. Mostly use a xw-p1 and g1. https://hearthis.at/frenq/
  2. Which electric piano (Rhodes or Wurlitzer) do 60s EP 1 and 60s EP 2 sounds Model? And which all sounds Model the fender Rhodes?
  3. I used a simple rhythm that I created, just variation 1. Chords and melodies: Upper 1: 029 Upper 2: 035 Synth: 267 Bass: User Tone Drums: 771 4a
  4. Hey guys, after few months working on music, this is way to paradise. I hope you'll like it. Don't hesitate to like and subscribe.
  5. Hi, I've just brought my million years old CASIO CTK-800 keybord from the attic and decided to give it a second life. The problem is i can't use CDs on my laptop, so i can't install the driver from the original CD. Do you know, where can I download a 64-bit Windows 10 driver? love xxx
  6. A casio in a decent rate for live music recording places.
  7. I improvised this piano music on my Casio Privia PX-555R line-feeding into my Tascam DR-40 recorder.
  8. I voice-piano improvised my Hilltop Records 2005 song, As We Are, in a folkie jazz rhapsody, playing my Casio Privia PX55R digital piano, at As We Are Rhapsody 1.
  9. These are songs I’ve made entirely on Casio gear (except three tracks use a rubber chicken which I’m not sure of the brand). These are all CT-X3000. Last 3 have some custom styles. The next 3 are WK-7600. The last one uses a custom style. But it’s just the polka style edited with piano, synth bass, and organ.
  10. Would really like to have some tracks with the 32 track and 16 track for southern gospel music without keyboard or piano music attached. I am a beginner and could sure use a lot of help. LOL all help appreciated.
  11. Hello, This is my first post. I know nothing about music, but want to learn to play keyboards for pastimes. I did some research on the web, and this has led me to narrow down my choice to Casio keyboards. My preference in decreasing order(according to the products available in my country): 1) CTK-7300IN (sliders on left side) 2) WK-240K7 (76 keys) 3) CT-X870IN/ CT-X8000IN (new AiX sound engine) Questions: 1) Since where I live, music and keyboards are a very rare hobby, I am not getting a used one, and the equivalent of 280 USD is the most I can spend, are the choices of keyboards correct? (7300 cost my quivalent of 280 USD, that's 3/5 of a month's salary) 2) I want one good keyboard, so that after I learn my way around music, I can still use the keyboard for making better music, are the afore-mentioned choices good? 3) Someone on a forum claimed that CTK-7300 come close to workstation capabilities, so does that mean I can actually synthesize music with its Drawbar Sliders? 4) In my learning journey, will 61 keys hinder me, so that I can consider the WK240 76 key version? 5) What kind of DSP do these Casios have? And do I need a hardware synth module so that I can create advanced effects? (Like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GV2FIWhH-Z8) 6) Does AHL vs AIX matter for me? People already claim Yamahas have more depth of sound than Casios, and I don't want a Yamaha. (My choice: 7) Can I make guitar pedals FX work with my Casio? Do I need guitar pedals for FX like reverb or delay? 😎 Do I need a monitor speaker? Will a plain CD Player's speaker work? Are the Keyboard's onboard speakers good enough or poor? 9) Since these have USB MIDI, can I connect them directly to a speaker? 10) Do I need a DAW? What are some low cost/ free DAWs? Is a soft-synth far better than any hardware synth, since they use computer CPUs?
  12. Hey! I have just started making hip hop beats, rap beats and house music. I am in the really early stages of learning how to produce my own tracks, so ANY advice would be great and is encouraged. As long as its an honest opinion and constructive criticism I am open to hear it! TAKE A PEAK @ MY SOUNDCLOUD: https://soundcloud.com/jimmercx2 Bassy Hip Hop.mp3

  14. Roland just uploaded these video where you can program music now kids (actually every one)can make music while learning programming ante up the fun combining two things, How cool is that. I've always found it to be a small behind the curtains thing in the past and the past few years , I've seen Casio, Korg ,Moog , Yamaha and Roland really building up music education programs which is really opening up to new media and growing possibilities that opens up gear in more then one way.

  22. I am toying around with the presets on my Privia PX-5S and I want to save a certain set up of sounds for a gig that I am playing. Luckily the show is in January so I have time to not know what I'm doing at the moment. I have a Synth sound with Strings layered with it. I want to somehow save that sound so I can switch between that and a normal piano setting while playing live. Is that possible with this keyboard? Any help with this would be awesome so I don't have to type in what I want before each song! Thanks!
