Hello All, Sam here from Dubai (UAE). I recently bought a Casio WK-6500 (on a really good price : 130 CAD) from a street shop (not any big store) in Canada and took it down here. Its probably not brand new, but looks very new and runs well - however, only for about 6/7 minutes and then powers off itself. When we turn it back on, it again runs fine only for about the same time and then powers off again. Naturally, I am scared to keep it running this way that I might be risking a burn off. It ran for the first two three days long enough perfectly well, making me happy about the deal. But for the last 2/3 days, this problem has started to worry me. I've tried plugging its power supply in different wall sockets, tried changing the 3-plug adapter but haven't yet tried replacing the power adapter itself, partly because this specific purpose-built (presumingly factory-supplied) adapter may not even be available here in Dubai. My son is very excited to have this keyboard but is unhappy for its frequent jitters. Has anybody else faced this problem? Any pointers on how to start troubleshooting this? Thank you and cheers Sam.
