Hello buds! As I love my Privia, I have some software problems from time to time, but till now I managed. It has changed unfortunately... I used 'search' option but nothing seemed to fit my problem - my Privia stopped saving settings. It saves MIDI with no problem, Audio is ok too. I discovered the problem while trying to save some of my fav sound settings into the bank - they don't save anymore. The message that is has been saved occures, but it doesnt save. The 'auto resume' option also doesn't work, mainly because Privia won't save the setting as 'ON' and resets to 'OFF'after restarting. So, basically I end up with clear, factory settings each time I turn on my piano. I did 'reset to factory settings', but it didn't help (and I managed to forget about 80 MIDI saved tracks I wanted to keep... hah, stupid me xD) Any ideas? Is there a way to update the software or so?

I just received my CT-X700. My hope is to use it as an additional sound engine and auto-accompaniment module for my CP-300 stage piano. For the price, I'm quite impressed with the sounds. My question to everyone here is: Am I missing some way of making settings change "stick" after you power down? For example, my default chord detection style is "full keyboard". Is there a way to save this? Ditto with auto-harmonizing style and other settings. My second question is: Can I use a male USB 2 to male USB 2 to connect another USB MIDI keyboard to this to act as a keyboard? -Pete -
I'm just looking to pick up the XW-P1 but I need to be sure I can create performances (sound sets) that I can quickly access and use for different songs live. Checking in the store I didn't find any preset performances and didn't find the way to create and save one. Please advise. And also, is it possible to create performances consisting split, layer out of different sound groups, for example, mix and match so to speak Organ group with Synth group or PCM or HEX sounds? Can I also do a split and layer two sounds on the fly? Thank you in advance!

I am a complete newbie to this. I purchased a CTK 7300 IN and have three questions: 1. When i play and save a recording on my SD card and open it in my computer the quality is pathetic. It sound like an alien playing music 2. How do i save my startup settings as i want touch to be disabled on my keyboard when i restart and it keeps enabling it everytime 3. Is there a way to transferring high quality mp3 to my phone or mac from CTK to share with others? Jay
