musikrx
Hello all! Okay - I have finally figured out user rhythms and registrations! Yay.....Here is my latest question: I would like to split the keyboard in 2 with an arpeggiated tone on each 1/2. This is for "Heart of Glass" - Blondie. There is an arpeggiated drone in the bass and a sweeping poly-synth type of sound up high. I have chosen arpeggiators for each tone but I don't know if an arpeggiator can be split or if you can only choose one and use across all the keys. Thank you!!! Brad Saucier
The 7600 only has 1 arpeggiator and doesn't appear to have the ability to use 1 arp in a split configuration. You can double check that in the function menu under ArpegPart. That is where the arp zone settings are located.
CairnsFella
I dont wish to sound like I am complaining, but isn't there a more specific section for this keyboard where these questions may get more appropriate attention?
musikrx
I feel like all my questions are being answered w/appropriate attention. Am I posting in the wrong spot?
Joe Muscara
Technically yeah, these posts should be in the WK-7500/7600 area of the forum. I'll move them there. My apologies - I usually move model-specific posts to the appropriate area, but I wasn't sure about this model. Now I know.
Joe Muscara
P.S. Just be clear - musikrx you didn't do anything wrong, but by sticking to the topic area, a) you're more likely to get help from others who know your model (I don't know the WKs nor the CTKs but I do know the PXs so I tend to check those areas) and 2) when someone else has the same or similar problem it's easier if they can find all the threads in one place.
Brad Saucier
I didn't notice what section it was in. I have a routine of going to the new content page and looking at everything I can possibly answer. Generally, the only times I think to check the topic area is when the OP neglects to mention the model in their question.
