One man Band
I'm considering a new Casio7600 but wonder if the general tone of this keyboard is harsher than my old 3800, particularaly on Brass Mellow trombone for example. Also the drums don't appear as good as the 3800, and I can't seem to be able to press one button to get a drum fill and subsequent pattern change (from verse to chorus etc) Elect, piano is slightly better with more choices, I split the keyboard and play guitar style bass but find I have to transpose the split section up I as compared to the 3800.?? I also notice that using the pads under either Piano or elect piano are harsh on the 7600 - can these be modified to be in the background more.? I need more memory as the 7600 has 3 times that of the 3800 plus I like the smaller size and less weight. I'm concerned that the 7600 sounds in general are not as "Fat" as the 3800.? Can anybody advise me.?
Silvano Silva
Who likes piano suggest the new PX-560MBE. It creates rhythms.I WK 7600 and do not know whether it will be a good upgrade for you as you already have the WK3800. The MZ-X500/300 is top keyboard arranger.
