Thank-you, Scott, that's great news. It is reassuring to have Casio's own maitre d, Mike Martin, fussing around our table. It certainly beats the protracted months of recent bug denial of one other keyboard manufacturer, whose bad panel buttons were causing some users to question their own sanity. (REVISION, 27/04/2016): For the sake of balance, just google Korg PA4x and problems, or for Yamaha, just google "s970 & s770 erratic behavior" (upward of 13,000 views on that forum).
