Display Name Posted May 16, 2016 Share Posted May 16, 2016 Hi and welcome to the Casio forums. So I'm guessing it works with headphones, right? Couple things could be going on. First try plugging in a headphones and removing them a few times. Also try unplugging the Privia for 10-15 minutes and then try it again. f that doesn't work, you may need warranty service - maybe the amp fuse blew or something.
