Unless you are pretty skilled with keyboard repair and are willing to scrap your Casio warranty coverage I would not attempt this yourself. Sounds like more than one defect. Scraping and thudding noises-sounds like the felt padding inside has come undone or is defective under these keys causing thumping sound. Scraping I'm not sure although if the padding strip has come undone the keys may be rubbing on this or some other part of the keyboard structure is loose or misaligned. This can be a big problem if you have to share the same room with other people (trust me on this). The problem that all brands have similar problem. I heard so good review on the subject about Kawai.
