stigg Posted August 2, 2016 Share Posted August 2, 2016 I recently bought a used Casio CDP200R 88 key electric piano. I would like to soften the touch. I have the PDF manual but not being too smart I'm having trouble understanding the instructions as to how do this. The symbols are a bit confusing. 1. press 7 and then use the 21(10 key) [4] (<) and [6] (>) keys to display "touch" (page E-6) I've tried to do what it asks but when I do what I think it's asking all I get is the instrument menu which scrolls thru inst. selections. When they say press 7 they are referring to the FUNCTION KEY (which is marked as 7 in the diagram on page E-4 of the manual. So press "FUNCTION", then use keys 4 and 6 (< > ) to select TOUCH, then use the + and - buttons to select the touch you want. That should do it! Let me know how you make out.
