JIL
Hello, I have got a Casio PX-750 keyboard that I want to connect to my computer with USB. My computer detects the digital piano, and the driver "generic software device" is used by my computer. I am using Windows 10. Are there any downloads or Softwares i should use? I have tried to install a driver from Casio`s webpages, but have not succeeded to connect the device to this driver. This is the driver i have attempted to install. I hope that you can help me. Summary: I want to stream MIDI from the Casio PX-750 piano to a MIDI editor (MuseScore).
Brad Saucier
Uninstall the driver you downloaded. That is not the proper driver. Your keyboard has class compliant usb midi. It is intended to use the generic driver. The drivers on Casio's site is for much older keyboards.
