No !  Reverb Type. or Chorus Type, or DSP Type are selected globally for all Parts (Tracks).  In addition, you can not have Chorus and DSP active at the same time.  So, you can have Reverb plus Chorus or Reverb plus DSP, but you can not have Reverb plus Chorus plus DSP.  Likewise, when DSP is active, you can only have one DSP Preset or User DSP active at a time.

 

You can use the REVERB SEND and CHORUS SEND parameters of the MIXER to adjust the amount of each of those effects applied to each Part (Track) or the DSP Line parameter of the MIXER to turn the selected DSP on or off for each Part (Track).
