However no matter what the slider position it does not change resonance at all...is there some system wide "block" setting for CC controls? I want to know is there some factory block on the firmware for blocking resonance for pianos. Can someone else post something more intelligible? Brad Saucier Posted November 15, 2016 Share Posted November 15, 2016 One option is to create a piano tone with the hex layer editor. That will allow resonance. The melody tones have a limit to user control over their parameters. Piano melody tones cannot have resonance added with the filter. Another option is to use a dsp effect with resonance on the piano melody tone. Auto wah has filter resonance as well as distortion and lfo wah.
