Simone Barnett
I just got a Casio CTK 2400 last night and I noticed my right earbud on my headphone wasn't working. I tried various headphones and they still didn't work. I tried the stereo standard plug (the adapter) on my guitar amplifier and it was working. The headphones I used were the ones that came with my Apple phone. I would like to fix this problem asap so please don't hesitate to help me out. Brad Saucier
Double check everything. If you have ruled out the headphones and adapter plug, then your first and best option is to return and exchange the keyboard for another one with your retailer. Sorry for your trouble. Are there specific headphones I besides Apple ones? Is there anything I can do? I don't think a return is possible and I only got the keyboard to use headphones. Is there any possible solution? Brad Saucier
Stereo headphones of any brand should work fine. If the phones and the adapter plug are working on other devices, that leads me to think the keyboard has an internal malfunction that needs repair.
