Dee Gee Posted January 15, 2017 Share Posted January 15, 2017 H everyone, I've bought it about 3 weeks ago and both headphone outputs were working fine. I've used the outputs only 3 or 4 times. (I prefer playing w/o headphones) Suddenly the left channel got muted almost to 0. I can hear it if I rise the volume up to the maximum but it's not in sync with the right channel. The right channel is extremely loud when the left channel is very quite. I have reset all the settings, upgraded the firmware to the latest one 1.10. I have checked the pan settings - all normal. Same applies to the audio records when played in headphones. Although both left and right line outputs and all built-in speakers work fine. Also my headset is also OK. So I'm going to return it... but might be there's a solution for this. thank you P.S. there are other issues I have noticed especially when you import/export anything (tones, midi, etc.) In most cases after export/import all buttons including the touchscreen stop responding, although the keyboard stays playable.
