sergio
Is it possible to adjust the volume of tracks (other than the System track) using Song Recorder? Thanks, Sergio
- T -
Sergio What you are describing is done on the CTK/WK-6XXX/7XXX Workstations by making the desired changes (Part On/Off, Tone, Volume, Pan, etc.) with the Mixer Section and performing a "Panel Record" to save the changes, but the PX-780 has no Mixer Section and no "Panel Record" feature. Its song editing capabilities are very coarse: song delete, track delete, and re-record (Punch-In) of an entire section of the song. There is no provision for the precise type of editing you describe.
sergio
Thanks a lot, tnicoson! That's too bad, but I'm still learning about the unit. I appreciate your clarification. Sergio
Pianosaur
You may know this already, but you can record to a USB Flash Drive then transfer the tracks to your computer and use a free program called Audacity to adjust the volume. That's what I do cause I'm not sure if the Px-860 has this feature either.
sergio
Thanks, Pianosaur. I'm learning how to use Audacity. It's quite powerful.
