PX-860 metronome not responding

Had the PX-860 since January, 2017 with no problems. Suddenly, metronome is stuck on one setting and I cannot change it at all. I have tried

"resetting the digital piano to its factory default settings" several but to no avail. Anyone have anything similar or any possible solution?

Any way to get in touch with tech support at Casio?
