CasioCTK
There is probably a mistake on page EN-36 in manual - Synchronizing Pads with Accompaniment. „While holding down the SYNCHRO/START button, tap the pad you want to synchronize with“ doesn't work this way on my MZ-X300, just that pad is playing immediately. The only way for me was „While holding down the SYNCHRO/START button, press Synchro button (in pad area) and tap the pad you want to synchronize with“, Synchro/Start and Synchro buttons start blinking. Have you similar experience, is this a difference between MZ-X300 and MZ-X500 or is it something else?
Brad Saucier
It is a mistake in the manual. They meant the synchro button in the pad controller area. Press and hold that synchro button while tapping the pad you want. It will begin to flash. Now you when you can press synchro start in the rhythm controller section to enable rhythm synchro start. Silvano Silva
Wishlist for the MZ-X line Stop rhythm with Start activated for left hand pickup Improvements in sample bugs (disappearing notes) Change rhythms with original BPM of each rhythm without having to press time buttons together. Save in the database the rhythm exchange in real time with Introductions as well. The record does not load the introductions in real time in the rhythm exchange. Preload used in total memory locks factory tones. Save All does not work correctly forcing you to save ZTN one by one. When you stop pacing at a variation of 4 and activate the START button it goes to variation 1. Rhythm editing could have a filter to increase volume only from a specific note ex (Volume lower (0-127) on all C4) Big TIME screen when there is change of tempo by the buttons. Improvements in the recognition of Loops in ZTN. The MZ shows a lot of artifacts in the waves when looping (in the Software these artifacts do not appear) . Brad Saucier
Silvano, you may want to try a different sample looping program or check the export settings. Make sure that your software is not adding metadata. I've never had any issues with looping wave files. I use Wavosaur. It is free.
Silvano Silva
I already used the wavesaur. Use Extreme sample convert to locate the crossfading loop and loop of the Sony Forge to complete. There is no metadata. The strange thing is that the software appears normal and when I put on the keyboard these artifacts appear. Thanks Brad
