PeteH
Hi, all, I just joined and already own a PX350 but am thinking of purchasing a 360 soon. I've downloaded the manual but can't seem to find the max size for the USB drive. Also is it USB 2.0 or 3.0? Any info will help. Brad Saucier
32 gig max recommend. It's in the specification chart near the end of the manual.
sslyutov
Just curious why 360 and not CGP? Multi-dimensional Morphing AiR Sound Source vs MXi (Multi-Expressive Integrated) Sound Source.
PeteH
I may be wrong but the CGP comes with a stand I don't need. Even though it appears to be the same price. But I may consider it.
PeteH
Is it 2.0 or 3.0? or doesn't that matter?
Brad Saucier
USB 2.0 is best. CGP-700 does come with a stand. It has a subwoofer built into the stand which is powered from the CGP-700. Total power bumps from 16 watts for PX-360 to 40 watts for CGP-700. The CGP is removable from the stand.
sslyutov
Keep in mind you need to buy SP-33 (triple pedal unit). I have it for at least two years and use it with every keyboard(Casio, Roland and Yamaha). SP-33 works great. PX350 has SP32 (I think) please correct me if I am wrong. Make sure jacks on SP32 and SP33 are compatible.
Joe Muscara
You don't *need* to buy the SP-33 for the CGP-700, but it's a nice add-on. The SP-32 and SP-33 are NOT compatible. The SP-32 is for the older Casios, the SP-33 is for the newer ones. The SP-33 works with models such as the PX-160, 360, 560, CGP-700, while the SP-32 works with the PX-350 and others of that generation, I believe. Please check compatibility before buying. Also, the SP-32 and SP-33 are best used with a Casio stand. If you are using a third-party stand the pedal unit won't be attached to anything. sslyutov
Why PX-360 not PX-350?
PeteH
I own a 350. It was too difficult to split and layer. The 360 is SO much easier. I got my 360 last week and love it!!
