hag01
My portable setup for small quiet gigs, like playing in a classroom\kindergarten\nursing room\senior club, etc...is: PX-5S + Roland CM-30 CUBE Monitor. Roland CM-30 CUBE Monitor official product page:https://www.roland.com/us/products/cm-30/ My question is, whether anyone have a clue whether the PX-560 speakers capable at least to be as loud as the Roland CM-30 CUBE Monitor? If they do, then a PX-560 would be a more portable setup for me, which is great, but if they don't, I rether stay with PX-5S + Roland CM-30 CUBE Monitor. Thanks in advance. RBrooner
I have the PX-560 and 2 Roland Cm-30 speakers. The build in speakers are 8w + 8w (stereo). A single CM-30 is 30w. The speaker in the CM-30 is larger than the ones in the PX-560 so in my opinion it overall sounds better than the internal speakers (e.g., covers more range and volume.) I do think the internal speakers would be enough for very small gigs where the room might not be too loud.
hag01
Take in mind that I have only one CM-30, and anyway I can't carry two CM-30 by my own (relying on public transportation). So bottom line, what is louder, one CM-30 or PX-560 internal speakers? I guess you know the answer because you have both, and I wil be very very thankful if you tell me a clear answer!
