Where to buy AP-X50 series in Canada (Toronto area)

Recommended Posts

Hello - I know that Costco.ca carry the Celviano line but as of today don't see the X50 series online. I have called around to a few places and can't seem to find anyone that carries them. The closest I've come is someone on Kijiji but it's not clear if it's a store or an individual. Any info would be appreciated, thank you!

Thanks Mike. Does this mean they've carried the AP X50 series at some point since its release and simply sold out (online)? If that's the case I think I'd be able to wait if there are plans to deliver more stock.

Be careful and make sure he's an authorized dealer.  If he's importing them himself into Canada from the US, he may be a "grey market dealer" and Casio Canada may not offer any warranties if it was not purchased thru a Canadian Distributor.  That would really suck for you because Casio Canada offers 2 year extended warranties on their products if purchased in Canada and registered on their website.

Definitely worthwhile for you to do your homework before you take the plunge and buy one.

You might want to check with Casio Canada on their policy and the status of this guy before you drop a bundle on one.

Gary you are right. I had my suspicions but after I spoke to the sales lady I felt a little better since she told me herself about the extended warranty if registered within 30 days of purchase, among other things. Don't know if Mike can confirm this dealer but if not I will place a call to the Canadian office to confirm. Thanks and wish me luck!

I confirmed this dealer through Casio Canada/their distributor. Given that these pianos seem so hard to come by at the moment, I would be surprised if anyone selling them wasn't an authorized dealer!
