AlenK Posted November 15, 2017 Share Posted November 15, 2017 While I don't have a PX-5S it seems to work similar to other Casio models in regard to downloading tones from a memory device (USB Flash drive in this case). You have to select the tone category you want to store the tone into by pressing a tone category button before the final step of storing it. See page E-32 in the PX-5S User's Guide (Basics). In this case you would press the "Organ" category button, labeled 16 on the diagram on page E-2. If you followed those instructions and it didn't work then something else is wrong.
