new PX-5S yesterday, have problem with PX-3

Good morning.  I am writing looking for some help.  I own a PX-3 (and also a PX-5S which arrived yesterday).  At (garage) band practice a couple of months ago, a band member tripped over my output cord (Left Mono) and it broke, right at the jack on the back of the PX-3.  It's now loose.  I've been using the headphone out (successfully) as a work-around.

My problem is this…….the only authorized Casio repair in VA is 200 miles away.  I have dealt with them before with perfect results, but they are so far away.  There is a pro-grade keyboard repair shop here in town, and they believe they can easily replace the input jack.  I am trying to find out exactly what part it is and order it.  I understand that I am at risk if the problem is worse once the unit is opened up.  I want to order the input jack, but no one can tell me the exact part.  The authorized dealer 200 miles away says bring it to him, and that doesn't work for me.  Any ideas on just what part I need and how to order it are greatly appreciated.

Now to tackle the PX-5S.

Thank you so much.

Merry Christmas.
