maarkr
I played with it some today and inquiring minds want to know... I noticed when I save a performance that has been edited, it saves to the computer data file AND the XW? If so, why does the ! still show on the XW after saving? Must I save it again on the XW using Write...Enter...Yes? So you have 3 sources of data for, say, a performance. You have the primary XW memory file, which you can edit using the DE... you have an SD card, which must have data from the XW or the computer saved to it in the MUSICDAT folder... and you have the computer data files, like in C:\My Documents\CASIO\EMI\DataEditorP1\UserData. If you change a performance, you need to sync all 3 sources if that's how you have them backed up? What does sync really do? The green S box for each zone? I noticed If you select a perf and edit the DSP parameters, and saved the performance, the new DSP parameters were saved. Did this save the DSP for ONLY this performance? It did not affect ALL tones using this particular DSP type did it? Must it be saved as a new DSP to be used or is this a feature so it can be selected for other tones?
